Does Paypal have a phone number for customer service? I need help with a payment that got posted on an old card number on an old account I can't log into b.c. I no longer have the phone number assigned to the PayPal account. Why doesn't Paypal offer to verify an acct via ''try another way '' ? I'm so frustrated. My bank said the payment I was expecting should've posted on the updated card info by now [i.e. They were forecasting the payment , yet it hasn't posted still]!
