Pending payment

I have a payment thats still pending on my PayPal account and the customer has received their parcel I even sent it recorded delivery at the post office I’ve updated the activity section on PayPal HELP!

Normally released when tracking shows delivered + 1 day OR if untracked or not showing up as delivered 21 days.
