This payment has been pending since November 25. When I tried to cancel it PayPal said I could not because it was scheduled to go through December 1st. It is December 2nd and the money came out of my account November 27, but this says the payment is still pending. I can not get into contact with any human from PayPal and I am highly frustrated.
