Howdy~. I recently tried to send money to a friend, but each time I've tried to pay, it would come up on my transactions as 'pending'. I'm not sure if this is on my end or theirs. I cancelled the first transaction because of this but got the same problem when I retried.
Have to give the recipient a chance to claim the money or PayPal could be reviewing the transaction. Don't cancel and pay again and doing it over and over again. Might trigger a security issue/block.
