Hi I just tried to purchase a wrist watch from mvmt website via PayPal and they say the ‘payment was unsuccessful, please try another payment method’. But I received an email from PayPal that says “ You submitted an order in the amount of Rf2,269.60 MVR to US Direct eCommerce Ltd. t/a eShopWorld.” This email also says that this isn’t a charge and my account will only be charged when the seller processes my order. But my order isn’t showing in the mvmt website in my account. Please help me.
