My friend meet this thing.
He tried purchased an item on banggood.com ( just testing the way to purchase) while $ 0 balance and his visa debit card no money
BUT surprices, the transaction was successfull.
He checked the activity, he saw an transaction which said paypal "paid" an amount to his balance = item value , then this amount was sent to Banggood.
He just think may the transaction will be rejected later. But few days ago he received the item.
No charged on card ( checked the card statement)
His account is very normal, no register any special paypal services ( no paypal credit services - he from vietnam)
He said, tomorrow , he will call to support. He was worry that maybe Paypal charged "somewhere" , and he must be paid the balance + interest rate in future
Anyone meet this ???
