Paypal rejecting play asia

Hi paypal continues to say "Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time

Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."

All the information is correct and playasia won't accept my credit card for whatever reason (despite newegg using it just fine)

any help?
