Why am i now having to use a credit xard on paypal account? It says my bank account will no longer be useable. I have been with paypal for 9 yrs ans have never has a problem before.

Have you had a failed bank transfer or negative balance at all recently?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
