I recently mad a purchase of $1,350.01 to caravan rv camping. I wanted to use my ANZ visa card only so I clicked on that. Instead of the whole balance coming out of my VISA card it used my pay pal balance first then topped up with Visa card. Is there anyway we can reverse this so I get my PayPal balance back?
