Paypal balance not updated after order cancellation

Hello, I have used my PayPal funds to offset my purchase amount partially. This "pending authorization" order was subsequently cancelled.

I don't see the line for "pending authorization" anymore now.

However the PayPal funds used for this were not reinstated and my balance shows $0.

(I tried to send a message via secure message center but there is a pop-up saying feature wasn't available (??) )
