I can't get any straight answers from PayPal! When I go to the message center I am transferred back and forth between So many different agents! I don't know how they're keeping my record straight and I keep getting different answers from different agents! they should have one agent assigned to our case to keep everything flowing in One Direction you know what they say about too many hands in the pot..it messes things up and things are constantly changing I can't get a straight answer from anyone! Or it's a loop and repetitive. just wish I could talk to a PayPal person face-to-face one-on-one over the phone it would just so uncomplicate things ! I have been trying to deal with this issue for 4 days now and still haven't resolved any Thing! so I'm taking it to my bank for and I disputed it. a simple refund ! I've never had problem with this in the past. I sent money to my son's account and his card was not working. they said it was a technical issues so he refunded the money back to me so I could use another payment option to send money to him. I'm still waiting for the refund from PayPal and instead of them crediting the money back to my account which sat in my son's balance and was never used, they took the money out if my account!! WHY??.. It was money sent from my account to his balance. I can't get a straight answer from anyone and so I've taken it it to my bank I never had a problem with PayPal before this and I am really overwhelmed and frustrated!! Plain FED UP
