My payments won't go through when I'm trying to send money to my son. In message center I was told to change my browser, confirm my card and try again later and none of that helped.
My payment won't go through either. Paypal has taken money from my account, and now they are holding it in "pending" status and won't release it to the merchant I paid.
It's different for me, whenever I try to send money to my family or pay for something online Paypal says that it can't complete the transaction at the moment. Support told me that my account has no limitations. They offer me to use my balance to pay instead of my card but I'm already using my Paypal balance
