Payments or withdrawals Error

does anyone else encounter problems when trying to pay online with PayPal or try to withdraw funds from the balance or is it just me?

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

I am naturally from Romania but I have moved to The United Kingdom 3 months ago.

I have opened a PayPal account recently and not sure about this.

Where can I set my address better and which one should I use? The one in Romania or the one I have here?

Have you opened a UK paypal account or are you still trying to use one from Romania?

Think I have opened it when I came in the Uk as people really use it here.

However, I might have used Romanian papers - id, passport, card and bank account but here I have tried to add other accounts once I got them as I am still new and had to settle here. 

So I have my primary address set to Romania and I have idea why they've blocked the funds and have limited support.

Any guidance?

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

Well,

I have moved in London and I just got a new address here but I have both Romanian and English accounts

and it seems it just doesn't want to work.

Even if I order something I get an error, basically every transaction is blocked.

It worries me as I rely on my earnings.

Anyone knows why this happens?

Is there a withdrawal time for the first withdrawal?
