So I sent a payment through my bank card om PayPal, it shows on my bank card statements the payment went through but nor my PayPal or my email has said its went through and my friend didn't receive the payment, what happened?!
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
