I have had a message to say I have received a payment but there is no record of it in my account

Check the email address it was sent to and make sure there wasn't a typo.

Was it in sterling?

Was it international?

Is your email address verified?

Was it on Ebay?

Same thing here.  I sold an item on eBay, received a notification, have the money in my Summary but there's no Activity for the transaction.  I can't see the name or shipping address.  I can find that information in eBay, but in Paypal, it's all missing.

Go to ebay and click on 'sell' put in anything (as you aren't going to actually list anything) until you get to the main page > scroll down under ''postage'' and where it says payment methods check the email address that is on that page, is there a spelling mistake or old one?
