Payment withdrawal

Hello,
I already made two withdrawals and the money appeared in my bank account almost immediately. Today i wanted to make another withdrawal but it says it will be done in 5-7 business days. Why is that and what can i do to change it?

Don't withdrawal so close together, space it out.

I have made withdrawals in different days. For example this week this is my first one

is that there is a solution when someone sends us the money the money is credited to our PayPal Account Balance instead  that this money is credited directly to our bank card ?

I have my paypal account which is attached to my bank card and every time someone sends me money this money credit directly on my bank card. I would like this money to be credited to PayPal Balance Wallet.
