Payment transfer to bank cancel over & over again

Hi all desperately seeking help , have tried to transfer payment from PayPal funds to bank ( same one I have used for years) and I've tried 5 days in a row and it keeps canceling. Firstly it says its pending then the next day canceled. I have rung PayPal team multiple times and they are very unhelpful only telling me to keep trying. Completely over it and need it sorted.

Try withdrawing to the app instead of the browser, sometimes that does the trick.

Tried that on multiple occasions and no success.
