I received an email from paypal (not a spam account) that I received a payment on Wed Dec 2nd however my pay pal account says there have not been any recent transactions.
I am fairly certain my email address is confirmed, account is unlocked. It ios quite fruistrating that I can't get in touch with any live human from Paypal to help troubleshoot. Does anyone have any suggestions?
