I have been trying to make payment on a confirmed card of mine but for some reason, the payment is not going through. The error it gives is that PayPal is not confirming the payment. Called the Help line and was told to wait for 24hrs which I did and yet still having the same error message. What to do?
Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
