I sold an item on Depop and the payments been received but is currently on hold. I’ve added shipping information 2 days ago and funds have still not been released. The customer has had the item for 2 days now. What can I do to get my money quicker?

Paypal are working with a skeleton staff at the moment and so probably can't release payments as quickly as normal.
You will unfortunately have to wait it out but it should be released by 21 days at the latest.
Advice is voluntary.

Thank you for raising your concern through our community forum.
If a payment is still on hold and yet the buyer has already received the item, you can mark the transaction as processed/ shipped to expedite the release of your funds.
Here's how:
1. Go to Activity.
2.Click the buyer’s payment.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, then click Add Tracking Info. If you sold an intangible item or a service and do not have a tracking number, please select Mark as Processed.
NOTE: If you don't see 'Add Tracking Info', click the See Details in Classic Site link.
4. Fill in the information, and then click Save.
After you click Save, the buyer receives an email to let them know that you entered the shipment tracking information for this transaction (if applicable). Request if they can confirm the receipt of your item. If they do, your funds will be released 1 day after.
