I have three payment on hold even tho all three packages got delivered 10 days ago. And have had PayPal for awhile now and first time my payments are on hold. I personal reached out to my customers and they said everything was good and safe. So why am I waiting so long?
Everything is taking longer at the moment including payment releases / disputes / refunds / withdrawals etc as Paypal is working with reduced staff and in difficult circumstances due to covid, hopefully released soon as long as you used one of paypals supported carriers.
