I made 4 purchases on may 23rd but that order was cancelled on the merchants site but got deducted from my account. It stayed pending for a month on my PayPal account then disappeared. Thankfully I have a screenshot of them. It's been months PayPal doesn't respond to customer care call. Chat option is deactivated and I haven't gotten any reply for my emails. Please help !
