Payment on pending

Good day i sent some funds yesterday to someone and their saying its pending can anyone tell me the problem i sent & $1,118.00

If the order status is "Pending", your order has been received by the seller, but your payment has not yet been processed.

If payment for friends and family need to accept the payment manually by logging in to PayPal account and clicking the Accept button. And the email address should also confirm.

The payments received will be available in the PayPal balance. If you'd like to transfer money from PayPal account to bank, you'll need to link a bank account to your PayPal account. Please ensure that the name on your bank account matches the name on your PayPal account.
