Item sold on Ebay and payment and payment made on May th. Item delivered on May 13th and received positive feedback from buyer. Can't transfer the money as Paypal have placed a hold on withdrawl. Asked to submit tracking details which I did and message that funds would be available in one day's time - that was 8 days ago. How do I get the hold removed?
