I tried purchasing something online and paid via PayPal. I logged into my PP to check the transaction had gone through and as I did I, without thinking clicked cross on an alert box on my account which I noticed explained something about my payment being on hold until something. But I couldn't see the end. It says the money is still pending to come out of my account. Does anyone know what this may mean? Does PayPal have to authorise this transaction?
