Hi Guys Hope you can help. I linked my new online shop to my Paypal account. My oruginal email got hacked so I changed emails. During this period I sold some stuff online to the same person ( 2 transactions). That was in June. Now having looked at my account no payment from them is showing at all ?? Other transactions are showing. I contacted them today and they screen shotted their account with the payment showing as pending. They then contacted paypal who told them I have to claim the money ?? I have emailed paypal customer services twice now over the past week and Im still waiting a response ! Can anyone help .
