Payment not received from the customers

Hi, I have a PayPal checkout solution on my Woocommerce website, two of my customers sent the payment from the checkout page, and money is deducted from their PayPal account but not received to my PayPal account. Does anyone know how to solve this? I am from India, I tried reaching PayPal support via Message center but they are always offline and I don't know any other way to reach PayPal support. Please help me. Thanks!

Hello Raj, I suggest you send a direct message to PayPal Twitter support (https://twitter.com/askpaypal). By the way, my payment has been stuck for several days and no one is helping! You will definitely get reply on Twitter. All my expectations are now only from the Twitter support team. Hopefully we will find a solution. best of luck..

- I received payment but it is on hold from yesterday. when it will go to main balance in My Money Archives
- Receipt button in Payments Archives
- Payment of USD 69.99 in Payments Archives
- My account is suspended with no appeal. in Disputes and Limitations Archives
- Can't receive payment to my account in Payments Archives
