Payment not receive

Hi guys, my customer said she had paid already from one day ago but until now i still don't receive my payment. What's wrong in this? Cause last time when i made a payment oversea it just spent few minutes to go. Now we're both in AU and it takes too long . pls help me. Thanks!

Check the email address that was used and make sure there wasn't a spelling mistake.

Was it sent in AUD?

Are you sure it can't be a scam?
