I sent my link for a friend to send me money. It said it cannot process the payment. I think emailed her and requested the amount. Again, it said it cannot process the payment. I’ve never had this happen before. Help!
Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
