I made a purchase but the store has still not collected the payment. Paypal wont let me cancel the payment. The store wont acknowlege the purchase yet bc I still dont have a purchase # just a paypal transaction that is in process. How long does this take? I just want to cancel my order- but both sides are saying its the others responsibility.
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
