It's showing [ Before we can deposit the funds into your account, we need a bit more information about your account or recent transactions. To provide that, just log in to your account, and go to your account overview. Select the More menu, then choose the link that takes you to our Resolution Centre. Please provide the missing information by 1 October 2021, or the funds will be returned to the sender.] So do I need to upgrade to a business account? Please kindly help as I'm unable to recieve any payment.

I just checked our system and it doesn't look like our platform is causing your payment issues with PayPal. You can try contacting PayPal to see if they can help you with your problem:
