Payment initiated and pending

Hi all. I have a dilemma.

I have 47 Awaiting Payment items on EBAY that all say

Payment was initiated on Month Day, 2020 and is being processed through PayPal.          All with different dates. Some of these items are 2 months old now. 

And I've sent almost all of these items out assuming that paypment was being processed.

What is going on with these payments?

Did you get this sorted? paypal have been no help so far.
