i can't send a payment.,its always said this 'PAYMENT DENIED"sorry we were not able to complete your payment now,try again later" andi tried so many times in 5days but still same error..hope you can help for this problem.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
