I bought something on Oct 27 and the payment says pending. I paid through my bank with a debit card that is linked to it on my paypal. The money was taken out of my account but the payment is still pending. The seller is expecting payment for the item before he will ship. Maybe someone who has experienced this can help me out as to why its pending? And for how long? Its really frustrating
It just says pending. The seller says that on his end it says that I haven’t accepted the money transfer yet even though the money has been withdrawn from my bank. I checked my email for any authorization and no email from paypal. Money has been sent. So both buyer and seller are confused as to why its pending since oct 27.
