I sent a friend money last night just to make sure that PayPal was working. It was .15 and she got it. Yesterday when I sent her a large sum of money it's coming up as pending. She can't receive it and I can't cancel it or find a way to get it to her. PayPal doesn't answer their phones or their text messages so I'm wondering what to do.
