Payment Not Received

Someone has told me that they have sent my money however I haven’t received an email confirming this and the funds are not in my account, not even in pending. Paypal have told the sender that it is because I haven’t accepted the payment, but I can’t see where to accept the payment as I have no email confirmation about it. Thanks! Josie

Sounds as if there is a mistake with the email address.

Contact the buyer and ask if it says unclaimed and if there is a cancel option.

Also check the exact spelling of the email address that they used and is it the one you have verified on your paypal account without any typos.
