I have recently started selling on EBay, with payments going into PayPal. I have used PayPal for 2 transactions but more stock and 1 PayPal gift card I went to purchase another Gift card and it won’t process it keeps stating they can’t confirm it’s me. I am continuing to receive my eBay payments into my account. I have sent PayPal a message with no response
