Paying at online shop does not work

Hi everyone,

I have run into a problem and I can't seem to find a solution to it.

My Paypal account is based in Ecuador and I have a balance on it, which I'd like to use for shopping at an online shop in the US (fcpeuro.com). I can go through the whole checkout process, but when I get redirected to paypal I get an error everytime. I have tried on different days and it does not seem like it's going away with time, as suggested per the error message. I attached a screenshot of the error.

To clarify, the billing address entered at the online shop matched the information associated with my Paypal account.

Does anyone know what I can do here?
