This evening I ordered a contactless pizza delivery. I authorized a 5.00 tip. The tip appeared in my order. But PayPal has apparently only payed for the food and the delivery fee, and not the deliveryman's tip. Can I have the PayPal amount amended without having to conduct a second transaction ? The payment has not yet gone through.
