I sold and shipped an item on eBay but did not realize payment was taken through PayPal. A few days later I made my PayPal account and another item I sold and shipped on the same day showed up but this specific item did not. I checked on eBay and it said "This order was not successful. Payment for this order failed." I have been back and forth between eBay and PayPay customer service and the consensus seems to be that PayPal is responsible for getting me my payment yet they have left me to handle it all. I created a new invoice and sent it to the buyer which they promptly declined. I am out of options and do not know what to do next. I cannot seem to get a response from PayPal customer service anymore. Any advice would be much appreciated.
