I sent some money to a card I regularly would but the card got denied by the bank and I opened another card with the bank that was sent to me and everything transferred but not the money I sent yesterday because it says it's pending but I just want my money back on my PayPal account so I could send it to my new bank. What is going to happen or what can I do?
