I have made 3 payments today via my PayPal account that is linked to a checking account and supported by a credit card. When I try to make another payment, PayPal says there is an issue. I have contacted my bank and there are no issues on their end. Why will my payments not go through?
Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
