PayPal seems to delay refunds from vendors to your account, and then they obfuscate the transaction details. Be careful. Also when you use PayPal to pay a vendor, the money is taken from your account even though the vendor hasn't shipped and usually doesn't charge your account until they ship. Again, be careful when using PayPal to pay vendors who may experience delays in shipping
