I have credit available but the transaction never goes through. The merchant says they accept PayPal credit but it never approves it always denies it. I have talked with PayPal customer service and just keep getting sent back and forth and each department says there is no reason why it should not be working. Needless to say it still doesn't work .Does anyone have any idea what the problem is ?
