Hello,
Is there someone who knows here how to fully refund the payment from a client without deducting my current balance?
I have received a payment from a client and I understand PayPal deducts a certain amount of it but when I issued a refund the amount being deducted from Paypal haven't included in the refund and unfortunately it was deducted from my current balance.
I hope someone will clarify/explain to me about this matter. Thank you in Advance.
Best Regards,

Paypal no longer returns the fee you were charged when your buyer paid as part of any refund you issue.
So you would have to 'add' the fee amount to your balance before refunding OR fund the refund from your bank account.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
