PayPal Payments

I'd like to pay for item on Ebay.com but when it goes to payment option which allows only PayPal and I click on PayPal, it goes to login and then comes back with We can't process your payment. Please select a different payment method or check your payment details including your billing address.

Please how can I sort this out with PayPal.

Does the seller ship to your country?

Is the funding source a card you are using?

If so does the billing address of the card match the address on your paypal account?

Have you confirmed the card with the 4 digit code?

Is your paypal account/email address verified?
