I have trying to get an account for work deposits. It is required by my workplace. Is it my understanding that I need some money in my account first to get this Cash Plus Account. I have a business account. I did everything I was supposed to do to get one. My deposits are not going in. PayPal won't answer. The feed in here about this is completely idiotic except for people having the same problem. Solutions in here don't even make sense. Can some one with intelligence please explain clearly and simply the steps to obtain the Cash Plus Account. I would surely appreciate it.
