Are you facing any specific error messages when you try to complete the payment? There could be multiple reasons why you can't make the payment. For example, there could be pending issues in your Resolution Centre preventing you from making payments. In that case, simply complete the steps you see there to resolve the issue. Otherwise, it could be a security matter. In that case, you can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue!
