I had to close my old bank account because someone stole my checkbook. I set up a new one and added it here and verified it. I have the new one set as my preferred payment method, but PayPal keeps drawing on the old one and it costs me $36 each time. I've been charged over $300 in 5 weeks thanks to PayPal. When I try to delete the account altogether, PP says I can't because I have pending transactions. NO I DON'T. What the crap, PP?
Trying to reach customer service, even by email is a nightmare. I've had this account since the 90's but I'm inches away from shutting it down and starting all over.
