Hello, I tried to place an order on BestBuy.com, but the site was having technical difficulties and my order did not go through. When checking my Paypal account the funds had been taken out of my bank account. I was concerned about this so I contacted Best Buy and they said they had no record of the order. I contacted Paypal, but I was simply told I would have to talk to the merchant. It has been 30 days and it still says that the order is pending. What should I do?
